If you need medical help when the surgery is closed during the week between 12.30pm and 2pm, please follow the advice below for 'if you need help when we are closed'. 

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Patients can also attend the GP led urgent care center located at the George Eliot Hospital next to A&E. 

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Enhanced Access

Enhanced Access Hub - evening & weekend appointments

This surgery offers appointments to see a GP or Nurse in the evening or at weekends. Patients can request a routine appointment at reception and choose to be seen in our Extended Access hub in Nuneaton.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 8.00pm and on Saturday mornings. 

Patients cannot attend this service without a pre-booked appointment.
